At the time of it’s design it was one of the largest development sites in the Northeast US with over 4 million square feet of proposed building. The site is adjacent to the newly designed NJ transit authority train station and the program consisted of office, residential and retail spaces. The project was funded by Supor Development Group. The project principals were Mustafa Kiwan and Thomas McKay.
