This new basement lounge/ speakeasy concept was developed for PRYM LLC. It is located on the corner of 30th and Broadway in NYC. The design included custom bar and private rooms. Project was done conjunction with DMDesign. McKay was responsible for constrction document coordination, NYC filing and Place of Assembly.
